The SAT Math Section is Not Difficult!
Many students think of Mathematics as a very difficult subject. It is no surprised that these students also moan at the thought of the SAT Math section. However, what most students fail to realize is that SAT Math is only tests basic math concepts.
The SAT math section emphasizes more on logical reasoning ability. The “difficult” questions on the math section require more reasoning than application of complicated math formulas. Most students taking the SAT do not realize this and approach math section just like regular school math. This type of approach will lead to undesirable scores.
Students should know that every math question on the SAT can be solved in less than one minute if he or she identifies the proper solution to the questions. Keeping this in mind will remind students that SAT math questions do not require complicated or tedious formulas. It will force them to look for the proper solution using their reasoning ability.
